The staff was very helpful and patient. the place was reasonably clean. - the breakfast had a lot of selection and the food was good. - the location of the hotel was central, near Oni centre, theatres, and the private garden.

Good location but too expensive

Booked as it had a gym but it wasn't very good. Rowing machine not working; no individual weights etc

We where in Edinburgh for 3 days, had REALLY GOOD stay, the hotel was fairly clean with great and lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood. We truly enjoyed this, haven't been in a better venue.

The rooms are well-equipped and beautifully decorated, with cozy down pillows and hypo-allergenic options for guests. the hotel's peaceful location in a quiet area is perfect, as it is close to beautiful gardens, the town center, and public spaces.

We had a good stay for a weekend in Edinburgh.

Everything was perfect, so were lovely views of an amazing garden. The bed was very comfy and the room was airy & compact. The venue's position was central. Plus it was walking distance to restaurants and pubs.

The continental breakfast here offers a variety of delicious items and is excellent, and my room was quiet, bright, and had convenient amenities like a personal safe, air conditioning.

We think it's a good base for staying in Edinburgh.

It has met our requirements

Great location with stunning surroundings, and the staff here were really friendly and eager to help. I popped over to Jeremiah's Taproom, just a short walk away, for a couple of drinks 🍻.

Breakfast was varied and good. Special requests were promptly fulfilled. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is relatively central, i.e. in 15 minutes you are directly in the centre.

Heating in the bathroom was already switched off centrally at the beginning of March. Air conditioning probably had a central control system, did not work at night, therefore a bit too warm and windows could not be opened!

The room had a nice new look and was a good size 👍. It was equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

Construction site in the hotel, rooms worn out, dirty carpets, it was not comfortable

My room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I had a good view accross to the sea and mountains from my room.

The room was a bit on the small side.
