The location is excellent, being quiet yet close to local attractions. the room lacked adequate heating, making it a bit uncomfortable during the night. it's suitable for families looking for nearby amenities and a comfortable stay, though improvements are needed in room temperature management.

    spacious room
    quiet location
    comfy bed
    poor bathroom cleanliness
    neglected garden

overall, we were very happy with our three-night stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, central but off the main drag so it was quiet in the evening. our room was really spacious and had just enough furniture for comfort. The bed was very comfy. in fact, it was the best night's sleep i've experienced in a hotel for quite some time. the decor was simple, but fine.

slight grumbles include that the bathroom had some black mould on the ceiling and the mirror was very rusty. outside areas are neglected with rubbish lying around and a sad-looking garden.

The location struck a balance between convenience and tranquility. The friendly front desk staff provided helpful tips that enhanced my stay.

The noise from adjacent rooms was a bit distracting at times.

Issues with cleanliness in rooms, especially bathrooms!!! The room size felt cramped, not what I expected for the price!!! Eliminate the frosted glass bathroom walls. total lack of privacy is awkward, especially for families!!!
